Work with me

Got a project that needs clear, engaging data visuals?  Here’s what I offer, how I work, and answers to the questions I’m usually asked.

Services

Dashboard to executive slide

Your operational dashboard has everything, maybe that’s the problem. I distil the dashboard into a focussed, decision ready summary for your leadership team to act on.

Chart selection and redesign

Wrong chart type, competing colours, unclear takeaway. I identify what isn’t working and rebuild it around the question your audience actually needs answered.

Visualising survey data

Likert scales, open-ended responses, multi-question questionnaires. I turn raw survey results into clear visual narratives that make your findings easy to present and act on.

Self contained visuals

Charts that communicate without you in the room. Perfect for emails, reports and publications.

How it works

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all. A single chart is a perfectly valid project, especially when it’s the centrepiece of an important presentation or report. Get in touch with what you have.

Yes. All my work is done remotely and I work with clients worldwide. Discovery calls are held via video and all files are delivered digitally, so location is no barrier.

At the start, just a rough sense of what you are trying to communicate and who your audience is. Once we agree to move forward, I’ll need your data in whatever format you have it, any brand guidelines or colour preferences, and the intended output: slide, report, dashboard or excel file.

A single chart or small set of charts typically takes 3-5 working days from when I have everything I need. Larger projects are scoped individually but usually run 1-3 weeks. If you have a hard deadline, mention it upfront and I’ll be straightforward about whether I can meet it.

Often yes. I work in Excel, Power BI, Python, R, Datawrapper, and PowerPoint. If you have an existing template or brand system, mention it in your message and I’ll confirm whether I can work within it.

Yes. If you produce data visuals regularly – monthly reports, recurring board decks, quarterly publications, a retainer often makes more sense than quoting each project separately. Mention this in your message and we can discuss what that would look like.
